Information submitted via forms below is used for the championship program, awards, and state eligibility review. Submit all information prior to the deadlines listed below. Failure to meet deadlines can result in students becoming ineligible to participate.

APRIL 2026 – QUALIFYING SOLO & ENSEMBLE FESTIVALS

All regions are to complete their regional or qualifying Solo & Ensemble festivals by April 18, 2026.
• State application from Regional festivals completed in February or March are due April 6, 2026 on the Opus Platform
• State application from Regional festivals completed April 1 thru April 18 are due by April 22 on the Opus Platform
