Coaches are required to be certified prior to their season. Contact your school administrator for current certification status.

STATE CHAMPIONSHIP FORMS
Submit all information prior to the deadlines listed below.
Sunday, May 25, 2025 – 10:00pm
Initial Baseball rosters are due in Big Teams.
1. Login to your account.
2. Go to Non-Gender V roster and enter uniform numbers.
Saturday, May 31, 2025 – 10:00pm
• Email State Team Qualifiers from the conference to championships@asaa.org
Sunday, June 1, 2025 – 2:00pm
Most Baseball forms are now completed in Big Teams.
1. Login to your account.
2. Go to Non-Gender V roster and finalize the information.
3. In the state column, check those that will participate at state.
4. Go to Document Mgmt and complete the 4 forms. Click on the form and then click “Start a New Submission”.
