Nordic Ski

ASAA recognizes the challenges this season’s snow conditions have presented and remains committed to ensuring the best possible experience for the State Competition.

With this in mind, ASAA is actively evaluating options for the Nordic Ski 2025 State Meet. A final decision regarding whether the competition will remain at Government Peak (Palmer) or be relocated to Birch Hill (Fairbanks) will be made by early February.

We encourage schools and teams to begin considering contingency plans, including transportation and logistics, should the competition move to Fairbanks. ASAA is committed to keeping all schools informed and will provide timely updates as soon as a decision is finalized.

ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be entered in the School Activities Reporting System (SARS) prior to First Contest. This requirement is met by assigning each participant to a varsity or subvarsity roster in Big Teams.
