Submit all information prior to the deadlines listed below.
Saturday, November 2, 2024 – 10:00pm
• Email Meet Manager Backup File of Final Conference Meet Results (zipped file) to: (championships@asaa.org)
• Email an HTML file of ENTIRE meet results to: (championships@asaa.org)
• Dive sheets from the Conference meet must be emailed to: (championships@asaa.org) on white paper.
Sunday, November 3, 2024 – 2:00pm
Most Swim & Dive forms are now completed in Big Teams.
1. Login to your account.
2. Go to Non-Gender V roster.
3. In the state column, check those that will participate at state.
4. Go to Document Mgmt and complete the 4 forms. Click on the form and then click “Start a New Submission”.

- State Championship Photo/Logo Upload
- State Championship Code of Conduct
- Good Sport Selection Form
Tuesday, November 5, 2024 – 5:00pm
• Submit all State Dive Sheets on White Paper via email (championships@asaa.org)
• Academic Award Entry Form
Wednesday, November 6, 2024 – 11:00am
• Notify ASAA of qualified participants unable to compete
