STATE CHAMPIONSHIP FORMS

Submit all information prior to the deadlines listed below.

Saturday, October 5, 2024 – 10:00pm

• Email Region results and State qualifiers to championships@asaa.org

Sunday, October 6, 2024 – 2:00pm

Most Tennis forms are now completed in Big Teams.
1. Login to your account.
2. Go to Non-Gender V roster.
3. In the state column, check those that will participate at state.
4. Go to Document Mgmt and complete the 4 forms. Click on the form and then click “Start a New Submission”.
