State Exhibition Ensemble Application

Please complete an application for each event. Note: To be eligible to participate in the State Solo & Ensemble Festival, the student MUST be enrolled in their school’s music program. Send a copy of the rating sheet from the qualifying Solo & Ensemble event showing the “superior” or “I” rating for this application to ASAA.
