It is the responsibility of advisors to review the AASG Code of Conduct at www.aasg.org with all delegates prior to the conference, and to have in hand health insurance information for each delegate. AASG will not collect these forms. An advisor must register delegates in person at the conference.

We will offer pre-conference workshops at the start of the conference on March 25, 2010.

RESOLUTIONS aasgvp@gmail.com. Resolutions will be ordered numerically by the date and time in which they are first received. Delegates are encouraged to submit their resolutions early to ensure hearing by the General Assembly. The deadline for finalized resolution submission is March 25, at the end of the first General Assembly.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ CANCELLATION POLICY Through March 4, 2010, delegate and advisor substitutions and cancellations will be accepted without penalty with email to Carol Waters ma2tna@acsalaska.net or Harmonee harmonee_q@hotmail.com . For substitutions after March 4, 2010, email name of both original delegate and the substitute with grade, t-shirt size and gender. A $20 change fee for each substitution is due at registration. Cancellation after March 19, 2010 requires full registration to be paid.
